Finite Impulse Response (FIR) filter model emulates the Inter Symbol Interference (ISI) in a wireless communication channel. An equalizer, typically an Infinite (IIR) filter, behaves as inverse to FIR remove effects of ISI. IIR filters are generally avoided due tractability issues, and with adaptive signal processing algorithm minimize error ISI, is deployed at receiver. However, observed quickly reach steady state where further iterations do not yield reduction error. This can be attributed relatively slow variations which prevent errors. work focuses on converting low frequency high by use multirate processing. As such, damped well, providing enhanced performance.
